Returns are allowed within 30 days of shipping. If you are not 100% satisfied with your Molecule32 purchase, please email us at info@molecule32.com. Please include your order number in the subject of your email, and a detailed description of the problem in the email body. A customer service representative will be in touch with a solution. You are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is a result of a product defect or our error. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges (if applicable) unless the return was a result of a product defect or our error.
